   It's pathetic how messed up our diets are in America, we have so many health problems compared to other nations, and no wonder why, our main staple is nothing more than glue. Yup, I said it, I'm talking about wheat. Your pastas, your breads, your cookies, your donuts, and your bagels, now look at yourself right now, how are you responding to what I just said, you're thinking, no not my grains, I love bread, I need it, no, you don't need it, and yes there is a reason you are responding just like a drug addict, because carbs, the grains are addictive, they cause an opiate release in the brain, yes, opiate, as in opium, so really it is an addiction. Now take a grain of wheat, if you take the whole grain and chew it, you'll keep on chewing it, it's not something you're body breaks down, it's gum, and so the only way that we can even eat it is if it is ground up, but then why should we think that this gum is going to break down in our system if we grind it up?
