Meats: FISH!!!, EGGS, beef, lamb, chicken, turkey...
Vegetables: Any Dark Green Leafy! (Lettuce, Kale, Spinach) broccoli, carrots, onions...
Berries: Berries - the darker the better!, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries,strawberries...
Nuts: Almonds, walnuts, pecans, Brazil, filberts, macadamia...
Fruits: Avocados!, cherries, apples, pears, peaches, melons, tomatoes, bananas, plums...
Beans*: lima beans, green beans, peas, peanuts, chocolate, soy...
Potatoes*: potatoes, yams, beets, taro, cassava (tapioca), turnips...
Dairy*: milk, cheese, yogurt, whey, butter...
*Dairy: Many with Gluten Intolerance are also intolerant to dairy proteins and lack the enzyme required to break down milk sugars (lactase) because of damage to the villi.
*Beans and Potatoes: Other than both containing poisons (hense why they have to be cooked) and being able to depleate nutrients, some with gluten intolerences also are sensitive to foods such as these.
